Amendments to the Traffic and Parking Regulations of the University at Albany, State University of New York

PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 561.5 of Title 8 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Education Law, section 360(1)

Subject:

Amendments to the traffic and parking regulations of the University at Albany, State University of New York.

Purpose:

To increase parking fines, establish late fees, and authorize an exemption for veterans attending the University at Albany.
