PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 107.11 of Title 15 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Vehicle and Traffic Law, sections 215(a) and 2223

Subject:

Display of registration numbers on snowmobiles.

Purpose:

To establish the manner in which snowmobile registration stickers are displayed.
