Administration and Enforcement of the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code

PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of sections 1201.2(d), 1204.1 and 1204.3 of Title 19 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Executive Law, section 381

Subject:

Accountability for the administration and enforcement of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code with respect to facilities to be included in the Statewide Wireless Network.

Purpose:

To clarify that the State will be responsible for the administration and enforcement of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code with respect to facilities to be included in the Statewide Wireless Network.
