PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 100.70 of Title 7 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Correction Law, section 70
Subject:
Mount McGregor Correctional Facility.
Purpose:
To remove the reference to a correctional camp and an inmate program, both of which no longer operate at Mount McGregor Correctional Facility.
