PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Addition of Part 600 to Title 23 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
L. 2011, ch. 62, part A, section 205-b
Subject:
State Charter Advisory Board ("Board"): selection of candidates representing banking institutions.
Purpose:
This rule implements Section 205-b by providing a mechanism to nominate, select, and appoint Board members.
