PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The Commission, on November 12, 2008, adopted an order approving, with modifications the Village of Akron's amendments to PSC 1 – Electricity, to increase its annual electric revenues of $248,950 or 10.1%, effective December 1, 2008.

Substance of final rule:
