PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On November 12, 2008, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Dutchess Estates Water Co., Inc. for a five year emergency loan for $11,535 and approve surcharges to repay the loan.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1)(f), 89-c(1), (10) and 89(f)
Subject:
Issuance of debt and water rates and charges.
Purpose:
To approve the issuance of debt to fund the construction of system replacement, improvements & recover the associated costs.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on November 12, 2008, adopted an order approving the petition of Dutchess Estates Water Co., Inc. for a five year emergency loan for $11,535 and approve surcharges to repay the loan, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
