    Approving the Terms of a Joint Proposal of UWW, UWNR and Staff for a Multi-Year Rate Plan
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 11/13/14, the PSC adopted an order approving the terms of a joint proposal of United Water Westchester, Inc. (UWW) and United Water New Rochelle, Inc. (UWNR) and staff for a multi-year rate plan.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 89-c(1) and (10)
    Subject:
    Approving the terms of a joint proposal of UWW, UWNR and staff for a multi-year rate plan.
    Purpose:
    To approve the terms of a joint proposal of UWW, UWNR and staff for a multi-year rate plan.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on November 13, 2014, adopted an order approving the terms of a joint proposal filed by United Water Westchester, Inc., United Water New Rochelle, Inc. and Staff of the Department of Public Service to adopt a multi-year rate plan, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
