PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Addition of Part 10030 to Title 9 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Public Officers Law, section 94(2); and Executive Law, section 709(2)(n)

Subject:

Access by data subjects to records concerning the data subject and maintained by the Office of Homeland Security.

Purpose:

To provide procedures by which data subjects can seek to access their records maintained by the Office of Homeland Security.
