PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 100.2(ee) of Title 8 NYCRR.

Subject:
Academic Intervention Services (AIS).
Purpose:
To establish modified requirements for AIS during the 2013-2014 school year.
