PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 12/11/14, the PSC adopted an order authorizing Corning Natural Gas Corporation (Corning) recovery of some requested deferrals.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4, 5, 65 and 66
Subject:
Authorizing Corning to recover some requested deferrals.
Purpose:
To authorize Corning to recover some requested deferrals.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on December 11, 2014, adopted an order approving a petition filed by Corning Natural Gas Corporation authorizing recovery of some requested deferrals, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
