    Allowing NMPC's Filing to Clarify the Definitions and Provisions Related to SC No. 8 — Gas, in PSC No. 219 to Become Effective
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 12/11/14, the PSC allowed the filing of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid (NMPC) to clarify the definitions and provisions related to Service Classification (SC) No. 8 — Gas, in PSC No. 219, to become effective.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 65 and 66
    Subject:
    Allowing NMPC's filing to clarify the definitions and provisions related to SC No. 8 — Gas, in PSC No. 219 to become effective.
    Purpose:
    To allow NMPC's filing to clarify the definitions and provisions related to SC No. 8 — Gas, in PSC No. 219 to become effective.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on December 11, 2014, allowed Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid’s filing, to clarify the definitions and provisions related to Service Classification (SC) No. 8 — Gas Transportation Service with Standby Sales Service in PSC No. 219, to become effective.
