    Petition for a Waiver to Master Meter Electricity
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition of 614 South Crouse Avenue, LLC for authority to master meter electricity at 614 South Crouse Avenue, Syracuse, New York.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65 and 66
    Subject:
    Petition for a waiver to master meter electricity.
    Purpose:
    Considering the request of 614 South Crouse Avenue, LLC to master meter electricity at 614 South Crouse Avenue, Syracuse, NY.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition of 614 South Crouse Avenue, LLC, for a waiver of the individual residential unit metering requirements in Opinion 76-17 and National Grid Tariff P.S.C. No. 220 (electricity), and approval to master meter electricity at 614 South Crouse Avenue, Syracuse, New York, located in the territory of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, and to take any other actions necessary to address the petition.
