PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 11/14/13, the PSC adopted an order denying, in part, the waiver requests made by West Point Partners LLC of certain application filing requirements.

Purpose:
To deny, in part, a waiver of certain application filing requirements.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on November 14, 2013, adopted an order, denying, in part, the waiver requests made by West Point Partners LLC of certain application filing requirements to construct and operate an electric transmission line pursuant to a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need under Public Service Law Article VII, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
