PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 301.4(e) of Title 7 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Correction Law, sections 70, 112 and 137
Subject:
Administrative segregation admissions.
Purpose:
To maintain the administrative segregation status of an inmate who is subject to central office review when transferring to another facility.
