    Transfer of Certain Real Property between Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid and the County of Oswego
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    The commission, on Nov. 7, 2007, adopted an order approving the joint petition of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid and the County of Oswego for the transfer of the Oswego Fire School Facility.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 70
    Subject:
    Transfer of property.
    Purpose:
    To approve the transfer of the Oswego Fire School Facility.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Public Service Commission adopted an order approving the joint petition of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid and the County of Oswego for the transfer of the Oswego Fire School Facility property located at 720 East Seneca Street, Oswego, New York, to the County of Oswego, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
