PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 59.14 of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, sections 207(not subdivided), 6503-a(1)(a) and (c), 6504(not subdivided), 6507(2)(a), and L. 2011, ch. 187
Subject:
Waiver of corporate professional practice restrictions for certain Mental Health professions.
Purpose:
To conform Commissioner's Regulations to Education Law section 6503-a, as amended by Ch. 187, L. 2011.
