PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 11/17/11, the PSC adopted an order approving, with modifications, Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a National Grid NY (KEDNY)'s amendments to PSC No. 1 — Gas, effective December 1, 2011.

Purpose:
To approve amendments to PSC No. 1—Gas, effective December 1, 2011.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on November 17, 2011 adopted an order approving, with modifications, Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a National Grid NY (KEDNY)’s amendments to PSC No. 1 – Gas, effective December 1, 2011, to amend and clarify the requirements and procedures for customers taking service under Service Classification Numbers 5A, 6C, 6G, 6M and 18, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
