PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Repeal of Parts 821 and 1045; and addition of Part 824 to Title 14 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Mental Hygiene Law, sections 19.07(c), 19.09(b), 19.40, 32.07(a) and 32.02
Subject:
Non-medically supervised Chemical Dependence Outpatient Services; Specialized Services.
Purpose:
Consolidate and clarify current regulations; repeal obsolete regulation.
