PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 11/18/10, the PSC adopted an order approving Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation's proposed tariff amendments to PSC No. 15 — Electricity, eff. 12/1/10.

Subject:
Central Hudson's tariff amendments to PSC No. 15 — Electricity, eff. 12/1/10.
Purpose:
To approve amendments to PSC No. 15 — Electricity, eff. 12/1/10 regarding three-phase service.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on November 18, 2010, adopted an order approving Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation's amendments to PSC No. 15 — Electricity, effective December 1, 2010 allowing an additional fee for three-phase service, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
