PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 11/18/10, the PSC adopted an order approving the application of ABB Inc. to permit the use of the ABB Optical Metering Unit for use in New York State.
