PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 11/19/15, the PSC adopted an order granting Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation (Central Hudson) a rehearing and clarification of three aspects of the June 17, 2015 Order Approving Rate Plan.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4, 22 and 66
Subject:
Rehearing and clarification.
Purpose:
To grant Central Hudson a rehearing and clarification.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on November 19, 2015, adopted an order granting Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation a rehearing and clarification of three aspects of the June 17, 2015 Order Approving Rate Plan, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
