PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering whether to grant or deny, in whole or in part, the petition of Walden Park Associates, LP for waiver of electric tariff Rule 47 of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid.

Public Service Law, sections 2, 5, 65 and 66

Whether to grant or deny, in whole or in part, the petition of Walden Park Associates, LP for waiver of Rule 47.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Commission is considering whether to grant or deny, in whole or in part, the petition of Walden Park Associates, LP for waiver of tariff Rule 47 contained in Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid’s tariff for electric service. The waiver is requested so that Walden Park Associates, LP may aggregate delivery points at its Walden Park Senior Living Facility so that the current directly metered living units may be master-metered without incurring the applicable charges under Rule 47 for such aggregation.
