PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/21/16, the PSC adopted an order approving Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation (Central Hudson) to defer $5,284,073 of incremental storm restoration expense resulting from the 2014 Thanksgiving Storm.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 65, 66(1), (9) and (12)
Subject:
Deferral of incremental storm restoration expense.
Purpose:
To approve Central Hudson's deferral of incremental storm restoration expense.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on January 21, 2016, adopted an order approving Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation to defer $5,284,073 of incremental storm restoration expense resulting from the 2014 Thanksgiving Storm, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
