PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/21/16, the PSC adopted an order approving Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s (Con Ed) Storm Hardening and Resiliency Collaborative Phase Three Report.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1), 65(1), (14), 66(1), (1-a), (2), (4), (12), 79(1), 80(1), (2), (3), (4) and (10)
Subject:
Storm Hardening and Resiliency Collaborative Phase Three Report.
Purpose:
To approve Con Ed's Storm Hardening and Resiliency Collaborative Phase Three Report.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on January 21, 2016, adopted an order approving Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s Storm Hardening and Resiliency Collaborative Phase Three Report, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
