PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/21/16, the PSC adopted an order approving Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s (Con Ed) tariff amendments to P.S.C. No. 10 — Electricity, General Rule No. 25.1 — Market Supply Charge.
