    Funding and Management of the I&R Portfolio Contained in the CEF Proposal
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 1/21/16, the PSC adopted an order approving New York State Energy Research and Development Authority's (NYSERDA) funding and management of the Innovation & Research (I&R) portfolio contained in the Clean Energy Fund (CEF) Proposal.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2) and 66(1)
    Subject:
    Funding and management of the I&R portfolio contained in the CEF Proposal.
    Purpose:
    To approve the funding and management of the I&R portfolio contained in the CEF Proposal.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on January 21, 2016, adopted an order approving New York State Energy Research and Development Authority's funding and management of the Innovation & Research portfolio contained in the Clean Energy Fund Proposal, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
    Final rule as compared with last published rule:
    No changes.
