PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on Jan. 16, 2008, adopted an order in Case 07-E-0580 approving the petition filed by Energy Investment Systems, Inc. on behalf of Court Plaza Associates and ETC Management Corporation, to submeter electricity at 123-33 83rd Ave., Queens, NY, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
