PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on Jan. 16, 2008, adopted an order in Case 07-E-1238 approving the petition filed by Atlantic Court, LLC to submeter electricity at 87 Smith St., Brooklyn, NY, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
