PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of Part 276.4 of Title 1 NYCRR.

Agriculture and Markets Law, sections 16, 18, 251-Z-4 and 251-z-9
Subject:
Farm brewery and farm distillery exemption.
Purpose:
Provide farm breweries and farm distilleries with AML Article 20-C food processing license exemption.
