PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

The Long Island Power Authority (“Authority”) adopted a proposal to modify its Tariff for Electric Service to make miscellaneous changes.

Authority's Tariff for Electric Service.
Purpose:
To make miscellaneous Tariff revisions.
