PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/17/13, the PSC adopted an order approving annual reporting requirements for companies subject to lightened ratemaking regulation.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5(1)(b), 65(1), (2), (3), 66(6) and 80(5)
Subject:
Adopting a standard annual report format.
Purpose:
To approve the adoption of a standard annual report format.
Substance of final rule:
The Public Service Commission, on January 17, 2013, adopted an order approving a standard annual report format for companies subject to lightened ratemaking regulation devised to accommodate their particular circumstances for annual reporting requirements, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this order.
