PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Part 250 of Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Executive Law, section 200; State Finance Law, section 162; and Labor Law, section 349
Subject:
Preferred source vendors.
Purpose:
To add to the list of preferred source vendors those apparel manufacturers and contractors who are included in the special September 11th bidders registry, as added by section 349 of the Labor Law, approved for such purposes by the Commissioner of Labor.
