    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed action:
    The commission is considering whether to grant or deny in whole or in part, the petition for rehearing, filed by Transbeam, Inc. of the Dec. 18, 2006 order resolving complaint.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 22
    Subject:
    Petition for rehearing of order resolving complaint regarding billing dispute.
    Purpose:
    To consider the petition for rehearing.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Commission is considering whether to grant or deny, in whole or part, the Petition for Rehearing, filed by Transbeam, Inc. of the December 18, 2006 Order Resolving Complaint.
