    Submetering of Electricity by Orsid Realty Corporation on behalf of Master Apts., Inc.
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    The commission, on Jan. 17, 2007, adopted an order in Case 06-E-0995 approving the petition filed by Orsid Realty Corporation, on behalf of Master Apts., Inc., to submeter electricity at 310 Riverside Dr., New York, NY.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
    Subject:
    Petition for the submetering of electricity.
    Purpose:
    To grant the request of Orsid Realty Corporation, on behalf of Master Apts., Inc., to submeter electricity at 310 Riverside Dr., New York, NY.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission approved a request by Orsid Realty Corporation, on behalf of Master Apts., Inc. to submeter electricity at 310 Riverside Drive, New York, NY, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.

    No changes.
