    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    Amendment of sections 1700.5(d)(2) and 1700.10 of Title 7 NYCRR.
    Statutory authority:
    Correction Law, section 112
    Subject:
    Inmate Personal Property Claims.
    Purpose:
    To update the current of oversight for DOCS Office of Inmate Claims and to change the reporting period.
