PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Repeal of section 131.3(b)(7)(ix) of Title 15 NYCRR.

Vehicle and Traffic Law, sections 215(a) and 510(3)(i)

Subject:

Cell phone violations.

Purpose:

To assign points for cell phone violations.
