    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 1/20/11, the PSC adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's Economic Development Plan for 2011 at the spending level of $9.1 million as approved by the Commission in Case 10-E-0050.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 5(1)(b), 65(1), (2), (3), 66(1), (3), (5), (10), (12) and (12-b)
    Subject:
    Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's Economic Development Plan for 2011.
    Purpose:
    To approve Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's Economic Development Plan for 2011.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on January 20, 2011, adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's Economic Development Plan for 2011 at the spending level of $9.1 million as approved by the Commission in Case 10-E-0050, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
