PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/19/10, the PSC adopted an order approving in part and denying in part, the complaint of Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. and LNT Inc. against Independent Water Works, Inc.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 89-c(4), 89-j and 114
Subject:
Water rates and charges.
Purpose:
To approve in part and deny in part the complaint of Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. and LNT Inc. against Independent Water Works, Inc.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on January 19, 2010 adopted an order approving in part and denying in part, the complaint of Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. and LNT Inc. against Independent Water Works, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
