PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering a petition filed by Electro Industries/GaugeTech, Inc. on January 20, 2016, to use the Shark 200 meter in residential submetering applications.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 67(1)
Subject:
Use of the Electro Industries Shark 200 electric submeter in residential applications.
Purpose:
To consider the use of the Electro Industries Shark 200 submeter.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering a petition filed by Electro Industries/GaugeTech, Inc. on January 20, 2016, to use the Shark 200 meter in residential submetering applications. The Commission may adopt, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed and may resolve related matters.
