PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/21/16, the PSC adopted an order denying Heritage Hills Water Corp. (Heritage Hills) and Community Utilities of New York Inc.'s (CUNY) joint petition for the transfer of assets.

Subject:
Joint petition for transfer of assets.
Purpose:
To deny Heritage Hills and CUNY's joint petition for transfer of assets.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on January 21, 2016, adopted an order denying Heritage Hills Water Corp. (Heritage Hills) and Community Utilities of New York Inc.'s (CUNY) joint petition for the transfer of assets of Heritage Hills to CUNY, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
