PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of sections 6151.2(b), 6151.4, 6151.8(c) and 6151.9 of Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Public Officers Law, section 94(2); and Executive Law, section 837(13)
Subject:
Personal Privacy Protection Law.
Purpose:
To update the Division's address and contact person for requests regarding the Personal Privacy Protection Law.
