PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 4603.3 of Title 21 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Executive Law, section 553

Subject:

To amend the rules regarding the requirements for Do Not Call Telemarketing Registry updates.

Purpose:

To bring the rules into parity with recently amended General Business Law, section 399-z(7)(a).
