PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of sections 594.16 and 595.15 of Title 14 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Mental Hygiene Law, sections 7.09(b) and 31.04(a)

Subject:

Updating reference to the Life Safety Code in the Premises section of Part 594-Operation of Licensed Housing Programs for Children and Adolescents and Part 595-Operation of Residential Programs for Adults.

Purpose:

To update certain citations.
