PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of sections 582.3 and 582.10 of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, section 360(1)
Subject:
Traffic and parking regulations of the State University of New York College at New Paltz.
Purpose:
To increase the allowable amount for fines for violations of parking and traffic regulations and to bring the traffic and parking regulations into conformity with L. 2005, ch. 699, by authorizing the exemption of veterans attending the State University of New York College at New Paltz from parking and registration fees.
