PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 77.1 of Title 15 NYCRR.

Subject:

Private Service Bureaus.

Purpose:

To require Private Service Bureaus who have websites to post a disclaimer on such website.
