PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering a petition by NorthBay Tenants Association to rehear, vacate, stay or modify the Commission's order granting permission to submeter electricity at Oceangate, 2730 West 33rd Street, Brooklyn, NY.
