PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of Part 188 of Title 9 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Real Property Tax Law, sections 202(1)(l), 318(4) and 1530(3)(f)

Subject:

Reimbursement of training expenses.

Purpose:

Revise the continuing education requirements in regard to reimbursement.
