PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of Part 94 (Regulation 56) of Title 11 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Financial Services Law, sections 202 and 302; Insurance Law, sections 301, 1303, 1304, 1305, 1308, 4117, 4217, 4310 and 4517

Subject:

Valuation of Individual and Group Accident and Health Insurance Reserves.

Purpose:

To adopt the 2012 Group Long-Term Disability Valuation Table.
