PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 300.36 of Title 12 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Workers’ Compensation Law, sections 117, 141 and 32

Subject:

Voluntary Binding Review of Decisions.

Purpose:

To permit parties to a workers' compensation case to enter into voluntary binding review of issues related to compensation.
